I just transplanted a 10ft potted Jubilee Alaskan Cedar in central Colorado. It shipped in from WA. Is it a good idea to support the droopy branches to help them get stronger faster?

    It's a droopy variety.

I understand it is suppose to droop but my landscaper explained the branches will get stronger and stand out more with time and then he suggested putting bamboo braces under the branches to help the process.

once a prop, always a prop. The branches and trunk will grow to react to nature's forces of wind and gravity.

Thanks so much for your input which I am following. Now I wonder, is there a special fall treatment that I should give it? I did put root stimulator on it and plan to do that monthly until the ground is frozen. Is that a good idea?
