jasmine or gardia tree needs help

    this tree is called a jasmine or some call it a gardia;it was hit by lighting a few years ago;but still alive;and still has the good smelling flowers that bloom out in the summer.I going to cut out the dead branches;but i also believe that it might a disease now.There are some pic of tree here.Pic 3 show what some of the leaves look like;which make me believe that is has a disease.Can anyone help.

    it is defiantely a gardenia, they do like quite a lot of mico-nutrients in the soil, and a lot of iron. It looks liie it needs a pruning and some fertilizer.

    where can i get the micro nutrients and iron from.Does in come in liquid or is it just a power or some kind of dirt.Will fertilizer it;how much should i give it.do you know what have caused the leaves to look like they are disease.
