    Helga,
Two candidates for jasmine are Jasminum sambac, Arabian Jasmine and Murraya paniculata, Orange Jessamine. Of the former, 'Maid of Orleans' and 'Grand Duke of Tuscany' are likely cultivars.

I checked the label from my jasmin bush and it is called "LAKEVIEW". Did any of you have heard of this type of jasmin? It looks very healthy and smells lovely but I have no idea how to overwinter it. It would have to go to the basement ,is that OK? The basement doesn't have too much natural light.
Thank you for all the advise you can give me Helga

'Lakeview' is a cultivar of Murraya paniculata. A review of threads containing [search]Murraya paniculata[/search] may prove useful.
