We just moved into a new house and there is a small Japanese Maple in the back yard which receives alot of sun. Two days ago, I noticed white "pimple" spots on the leaves. I also noticed a very tiny spider strung between two leaves. My hostas that are planted at the base of the JM look like the leaves are being chewed off. I don't know if the two are related.
