Neophyte gardener here Our Japanese Maple is mature and fairly tall. Up until recently it looked pretty healthy. I did prune it back about year/2years ago without real knowledge of process. Right now, it still has its leaves (most trees in area, especially JM trees, have shed theres) and the leaves are shriveled and dark. Any thoughts PJG
that does not sound to bad to me, posting a pic would be the best thing you could do so everyone on here can have a better idea of what you are talking about.
