I'd love to try using something like that to see how well it does. The Sakura AI Camera website is only in Japanese and seems to require a password to get in. Of course, you'd need a Parks Board or whatever government agency that is prepared to act on the reports. The youngish park tree that is part of a very visible ornamental trio that I reported for two years while it was being overcome by the mazzard rootstock was never taken care of, is now a trio of two 'Akebono' and one sweet cherry.
