    my jade plant has stems about 1inch in diameter right about in the middle the stem is spongey and it is dropping lots of leaves can anyone help i just got this plant 1month ago it was falling out of its pot so i did replant lost one stem already its breakin my heart its such a beautiful plant thanks in advance RB

    Probably either too wet or too dry.
