I have an 8 foot tall 2-3 inch diameter jacaranda which I have grown for several years
in a clay pot which is very healthy leaf wise but has never bloomed. It is against an
east facing fence. Any suggestions how I get the plant to bloom?
    Thank you.

Probably still too young. If not, then maybe the shade is suppressing it.
