    Hello,

My name is Marilyn by the way. Here is my plant, I hope you can identify it for me. The leaves are starting to crack, and I'm not sure how to take care of it properly since I don't know what it is. Any starting point would be helpful. A plant guy told me to add more dirt to it and raise it up because I'm burying it? not sure what he meant by that. I water it regularly but not too much, and the leaves are cracking and some have dried up and died so now there are only 4 stems (one is a new sprout that has not unrolled completly). I keep it inside right next to a window. Help me please I do not want it to die.

    Thanks a bunch!

OMG yea I would say it is in bad shape compared to those. I will research it for better care. It was given to me as an inside plant.
Thanks for all your help and for the link and for welcoming me to the forum. I planted some seeds yesturday... I am attempting to start a little garden.
I am sure I will need lots of advice from you guys.
