I saw this tree flowering all over Cyprus at the end of March.
The flowering tree is 3 to 10 meters, most abundant near the sea side.
    Who can help me?

It's not an eucalyptus, but Acacia saligna which is now considered an invasive species in Cyprus.

Axel is correct. Interestingly, this Acacia species from southwestern Australia is highly invasive here in coastal New South Wales.

    Dear Axel,
Thanks for the name of this species. I can confirm that it looks that a good part of the coast of Morfu Bay is highly infected.
