Not that I can see... the foliage should be trifoliate but not vine like. These leaves do not resemble poison ivy.

poison ivy can grow as a bush, a vine and a tree. it looks like it, yet, not quite. it IS quite variable though. do the leaves have a funky sheen to them? if so, then it's likely that it is poison ivy.
Toxicodendron radicans grows that way in Florida (Tampa area at least) so I'd say you're correct. HTH CHris
