Is this plant edible

    This plant just grew in my vegetable garden. I'm not sure if someone had planted the seeds or not. The leaves and flowers are very attractive and unusual. Can anyone identify this plant???? It's a mystery !!!!!

    Agree with Nicandra physaloides. Very poisonous, definitely NOT edible.
