    Hello!

Question #1. I live in Las Vegas, NV. I planted two weeks ago a eucalyptus tree. I put a starter fertilizer and may have put some of another in with it. It has been cold and windy. The tree is showing its smallest leaves on top with a brown crispy edge, and there is one leaf towards the bottom that has a brown middle. Is this fertilizer burn? If so, what do I do?

Question #2. I planted a fig tree. The top 3 leaves have blurry, circular, yellow patterns. Seems like a mold the way it's growing, but I don't see any fuzz on top or under the leaf. What is this? What do I do? I watered it perhaps 3 times in two weeks. The soil is naturally very alkaline and not the most well draining soil. When I planted it two weeks ago, I used starter fertilizer, vitamin B for the roots, pay dirt mixed with regular dirt 50/50... and lots of gypsum to break up the caliche. The dirt around the tree still looks wet, but right by it is dry.
