Is this Collostoma????

IS this Collostoma? Does anyone have more information about this jelly stuff?

Were these found attached to a substrate, eg. rock or wood?

Were they found seaside ie. at or below the high tide line?

I found them away from the seaside. On the dry land along the ground near an old wall.

This may be a colony of a Nostoc species.
