I have two questions: 1. As I was searching out rose slugs I've discovered this lime green insect on two of my rose bushes. It can be found in a covering of white foamy liquid. (included the best picture I could get). I have tried to squish all that I can find. Should I be concerned? 2. My Asiatic lily has holes eaten in all of it's leaves by this lovely red beatle. What is it and what is the best way to get rid of it? (picture 2).
