Identification: Is this a weed?

    From the leaf shape it might be Aegopodium, a perennial that spreads to form patches in a manner that many do not like.

    That's Queen Ann's Lace, right?

    The one I mentioned has been called bishop's weed. Queen Anne's lace is used for Daucus.
