Is this a tree ,shrub,flower or weed ?

    We have this plant growing in our flower border and have no idea what it is.
    This plant is fast growing , from a single stock and has five leaves to a stem.
    We've looked on the internet and the closest leaf pattern is a beech tree . Please
    help...
