Is this a palm plant?

    Can someone please tell me if this is a palm plant? Whatever the plant, I've inherited it and would really appreciate knowing how to take care of it. Any help offered would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Agreed. Looks like Dracaena marginata, Madagascar Dragon Tree.
