I have two plants that I cannot for the life of me identify. Online it can pass for a monstera sp peru? But it gets split leaves and I haven't seen any of those with split leaves. Anyone can help? Thanks!

Sure does look like a Monstera, but not so much like peru. That type of split is mainstream Monstera, and that type of bicolor leaf that looks almost chlorotic is a thing for some species of Monstera. Maybe xanthospatha or lechleriana? I'm not at all an expert, but someone with more energy than me could key it out at this revision of the genus by Dr. Croat. It's really hard with this genus because leaf types vary massively at different stages of maturity and also at different light levels and growing conditions.
