This perennial, tall, stalked plant was in my yard when I got the place and I've wondered what it is. The leaves and flowers look like Lupines to me but I can't be sure and haven't been able to find a similar photo online. It's now about 3-4 feet high with purple/white flowers. Photos of flower and leaf are attached. Thanks for your help.
FYI CAtMom, Aconitum are very toxic plants. Caution is recommended when handling as even the sap on the skin is dangerous.
