Is this a Hibiscus?

    Is this a Hibiscus? My neighbor gave me a this plant and said it was a Hibiscus. I'm from South Florida and have never seen a Hibiscus like this. It's beautiful and the leaves look like they come from a maple tree. thanks for any help.
