I would like to know the name of this tree if anyone here knows I'd greatly appreciate it. The knife laying on that leaf is 28cm long.

That's spelled Catalpa and no its not one. Its a Magnolia macrophylla. Catalpa have petiolate leaves with a heart-shaped blade.

Eared (auriculate) leaf bases and broad, papery leaves with pale undersides point to bigleaf magnolia.

Asimina triloba has tapered leaf bases and other differences.
