I have a Firethorn tree that is around 3ft tall. Recently the the leaves on the lower branches have been turning brown and falling off. Now it only has about half its original leaves. All the berries remain in tact but are green. I am in China and Autumn is here, does this affect the leaves?

    Any advice is most welcome

Not dead yet, but not happy. It would be far better off planted outside in the ground, if you are able to do so.
