About 2 months ago I bought a small begonia rieger. It had deep red blooms and big dark green leaves. About a month ago, I decided to put it in a larger pot (the plastic pot it came in was really small). It seemed ok but a while after its leaves started to curl and brown on the edges. I moved it to a brighter spot, and the browning didn't stop and the blooms became a washed out pink. I've put it in the shade, I 've watered it less, I've given it plant food, but nothing seems to work.
Now I have it in a indirect light/ east window position but
the leaves are still curly and wilted at the edges and the blooms are a washed out red.

Can anybody tell me what's wrong?
    Here are some pictures.
    Thanks.

Soil pH difference? I've found that moving established begonias from one soil type to another does that to them. Check and see if the soil is acidic, because this will cause paling of both leaves and flowers. Then amend accordingly.

Thanks for the input. I have no idea how to tell if the soil is acidic, let alone amend it...
Is adding more plant food gonna do any good?
