I have this very obnoxious persistant plant in my yard that I cannot seem to get rid of. It grows about 4 to 6 inches in height and I have not seen any flowers on it. I tried to dig it up and found tubers of up to 18" with root hairs going off of them, although mostly the tubers aren't that long. I have tried weed killer as well, but it keeps coming back. Any ideas as to what it is?
