Is an Acer palmatum Suminagashi? Hi, I bought this maple 2 years ago, it's from UK. I ordered an ichigyoji cultivar but received this. The seller sold Suminagashi too. Photos are from 2018 and this year. So I supose that the seller got confussed and sent me this cultivar. What do you think? Does this maple seem to your Suminagashi? Thank you so much.
Hi Aciron, it does have all the characteristics of Suminagashi especially in the final photo. IMO it is not Ichigyoji at all. Hope that's of help.
