Invasive vine identification

    looks like a maple leaf with just 3 finger? small green berries now. CHarlotte, NC
    climbs to the top of trees and bushes from a creek bed

    No, I have that too,but its leaf is more like the texture of a tree leaf and it has a long stem (cord like) with no leaves until it get to the top of the bush or tree 10'-20'
