Hi, Wondering what this species is? It's showing up in both disturbed and undisturbed wooded locations in North Vancouver, mostly path-side and near lower order riparian areas. It has a small yellow flower. I've seen it growing up to 3' tall. Quite worried about this! Thanks for the help, Chad.
