Cereusly Steve recently posted this link: http://www.echeveriasinoz.com/photos.html in a thread called "Echeveria ID" I found it to be an extremely helpful guide, complete with many many photos. I thought I would start a thread where we can all dump links to different sites that provide information, photos, care instructions, or identification clues. I'll start this site, which has a fairly robust listing of different C&S: http://www.cactus-art.biz/gallery/Photo_gallery_abc_cactus.htm
The best source on-line for virtually everything and anything about cactus and succullents is the Cactus Mall. Its ALL there. http://www.cactus-mall.com/
Here are a few of my favorite sites: The New Mastering the art of Growing Mesembs This has excellent information by a master of the Mesembs on Mesemb care. Adromischus Displayed An excellent site for IDing your Adros, by one of the most knowledgeable experts on them. Bihrmann's Caudex An exhaustive list of Caudex forming plants, pictures and care. Mammillaria Photos from Norm Dennis Not every one, but for a web resouce, this is darn good. The Cocozza Collection Haworthia City. And don't underestimate the power of Google to help find the plant you are wondering about. Dave's Garden is a site that has a good index of the plants we grow, and they are found by Google queries frequently. DG is a membership site, but the site is very rich for members. I hate to pay for web access, but I am a member of DG, as it is an excellent resource. Rob
Here's not a bad one.... Good amount of info by Families and Species some photos/cultivation. Better if you already have an idea of what plant you have because of the need to click on the plant's name to get info and pics. This can be tedious if for example you know it's a Euphorbia but not the actual variety leaving you clicking backwards and forwards through an extensive list of Euphorbia. Speaking from experience there, but I did I.D. most of my Euphorbia that I couldn't find elsewhere thanks to this site. Worth a look: http://www.desert-tropicals.com/
http://www.cactiguide.com one of my favourites. Lots more really good sites that are more specific to various genera, not sure if they should be posted or not.
