    Good guess, but I think that there are to0 many stamens for it to be a brassica.

    I figured that it might be in the poppy family. @Silver surfer could you look again, perhaps is it Chelidonium majus? The seedpods are visible in some of the photos. Thank you for your help!

    Apologies...you are spot on.
    I used to grow both and always got them confused.
    The seed pods are very different...should have looked more carefully.
    Chelidonium majus fits much more accurately.

    Yes, concur with Chelidonium majus -- that's what I was going to suggest.
