First is the aloe type plant and the second i have no idea at all.

I bought the first at walmart and the second volunteered to grow from who knows where.

Looks like a Gasteria or Gasteria x Aloe to me. The second plant makes me think maybe some kind of Kalanchoe, but I'm really uncertain on that.

Side note: This is very exciting for me -- I got to answer something before Saltcedar did!

I picked up a plant of the first one at the local grocery. It was unlabelled and I did not know what it was until now. I did an image search for Gasteria. It looks like Gasteria 'Little Warty'.

'Green Ice' is possible (and the picture on eBay definitely looks like your plant), though the one I have that was labeled 'Green Ice' is a lot lighter and more uniform in color. Mine wasn't necessarily identified correctly, though, so I really don't know. They're all essentially the same in terms of care.

Gasteria 'Green Ice' is as close as you are likley to get to a name that will show up in a search. If it is a registered hybrid or cv., it will reproduce reliably - if not, there will be a lot of variability from one plant to another found in the marketplace.
