Inherited Tree

    Hello everyone,

    I inherited this tree at work and have no idea what it is or how to care for it.
    The leave are slightly sticky, no idea if that is good or not.
    Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks!!

    Looks like Schefflera actinophylla, Umbrella Tree. The sticky substance could be honeydew that is excreted by a sap sucking pest such as scale or aphids.

    Its definately got a pest! Someone suspected scales.

    Thank you I will look it up.
