I am trying to find out what to do with the grass. When do I start putting Lime or should I be aireating or fertilizers? I don't remember the order of things for the grass/lawn.
I am not the best one to answer this. I am not really big on lawns. My sollution for lawns is usually to remove them and plant something else.
