Hello there I have a question regarding Stock (Matthiola Incana).I have sown the seeds in Autumn before I read the instructions (I was too excited) apparently I should have spaced them out, (from 15cm uptil 50cm depending on the varaity.) But I didn't, I have three plants in an 18.5cm pot. Should I dig them out now and space them, or should I wait for them to overcrowd first, or is it not a big deal I should leave them as they are. Another question. Now, in the winter, I keep tha plant under a flourscent bulb next to th open window ( its about 18C outthere) and they seem to be doing fine. But I heard they dont like hot whether, and sometimes we get really hot sun in the summer.I put them out once in direct sunlight(in autumn/Winter) and the leaves kind of lost their rigidity. I havn't found one single website that says that Stock shouldn't be in direct sunlight. So my question is this, in summer do I stick them out of the window, or do I keep them indoors in cool temperatures by the window? Any Responds will be most Welcome. Thanks
