I've just started getting into keeping indoor plants and have a few of my own. I'm familiar with the most common ones, but I came across this one the other day and was enamored by its uniqueness.

It has narrow, dark green leaves with a light colored, jagged fringe. The stems are also quite thin and of a dark brown color.

Thank you for the quick reply. I hope to have plant knowledge like that one day.

Some of the images online showed them growing to be quite larger than I had expected, seeing as how dainty and manageable this one is.

Also this particular one has groupings of 3 leaves, which I happen to find quite appealing, whereas many others online appear to have a large grouping of about 9 leaves.

However, looking at its optimal conditions, I'm not so sure I could keep one in my gloomy apartment.

It's a cultivar of Schefflera elegantissima, perhaps 'Castor Variegata' or 'Bianca'.
