Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! My name is Gustavo Woltmann and I am working in a small publishers office. Can you name some indoor plants we can buy that can grow in a tropical country?

Welcome to the forum, and all the best for 2017!

Is it an air-conditioned office, and if yes, what temperature and humidity is it maintained at? Also what sort of light does it have? Windows with full sun, or all artificial light? These factors will all make big differences to what you can grow.

Michael is right, of course, but you may consider aroids, like Spathiphyllum spp. and Epipremnum aureum. Another thing to consider is who will take care of it?
