Identification: Indoor Plant ID help needed

    Hi I was given this plant by a neighbor, half the plant died and the other is doing fine. I just want to find out what kind of plant it is so that I can properly take care of it.

    Oh no, its another one of those ming things again. Looks rather like a shrub parsley but it isn't.

    This is not a question of faith, they just want it identified. You don't need the Di Vinci Code to name it.

    Its Polyscias fruticosa.

    Give it plenty of light and water it thoroughly every few days but don't let it stand in water. Mist it with plain water every few days.

    I gave the correct name at least. A partial name isn't an id.

    Polyscias fruticosa is the full correct species name, both the genus and species epithet.
