    Evening all,
Getting fairly worried about my indoor tree Sally so thought I'd better sign up and post here after much googling without seeing quite the same problem

    Background:
    • ~1.5 year old meyer sapling
    • Kept in container entire life, up potted twice fairly early on, 18 inch pot now
    • Live in Calgary AB, so quite dry, made it through the least light period and gaining light now 9ish hours.
    • Flourished this Summer 2019, lots of growth
    • Bloomed first time a few months ago once inside, and had 5 small lemons.
    • Has had some leaf curling which I now know meant I was over watering
    Now:
One branch had a leaves with a few spots like the first picture 2 weeks ago. Hadn't though much of it.
Now to a good portion of the tree has the same spots and half the lemons have dropped off.
And now one leaf looks like the second photo. So I'm mighty concerned.

Any thoughts? I feel likely I was overwater, possibly over fertilizing as I've been providing to it ever 3 weeks.

    Thanks all in advance.
