Indoor Low-Light Recommendations

Discussion in 'Indoor and Greenhouse Plants' started by Indoorplant, Mar 10, 2005.

  1. I have a lot of plants in my apartment, but they don't grow well, because my place is direct face the north and doesn't have any sunlight. Would you recommend what plant can grow in my place?

    Thanks

Peace Lily, Spathiphyllum sp., comes to mind. Also, these two palms are rather shade-tolerant: Parlour Palm, Chamaedorea elgans; Lady Palm, Rhapis excelsa.

You can call your local nursery/nurseries and inquire about the philo in question. They "might" be able to order one for you. You might also be able to find it online.
