Can anyone advise me on the minimum % of visable light transmission that most plants require to grow, flower and produce?

We are developing an indoor grey water garden in a passive solar home and hope to plant a wide diversity of plants indoors - this garden room will have its south face entirely glazed and I want to ensure that I purchase safe and quality windows (ie high solar heat gain and low heat loss) while ensuring we maximize visable light to the plants.

Some companies assure up to 79% of transmission with an insulated glazing. I am wondering would this be sufficient for the garden.

    Appreciate any suggestions,

    Regards,
