    Hi,

    My previous thread :
    http://www.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/forums/showthread.php?p=306633#post306633

Eventually, I've placed my tree in that cold room and it "survived". Once it got warmer it began growing new branches. But one week ago branches started turning black and later leaves went brown from the center until they fell off . Recently just over night couple of branches died off with still healthy green leaves.
There don't seem to be any insects, or anything. But when I checked the roots, I found 2-3 suspicious spots near roots. Soil was all dry, except those spots ,where it was really wet. I cleaned it a bit and beneath dark soil there was some white substance. Other than that it seems healthy and there's a lot of new root growth.
I have only been watering it ,once the soil is dry.

This is how it looks right now :

Any ideas ? Anything I can do to save it? :/

Move it to a shady porch or terrace area. The Summer outdoors will do it a world of good.

I had a calamondin that died in a similar manner; existing branches suffered dieback and new growth aborted while still green and developing. I suspect the problem was caused by low humidity levels.

That's probably it. I moved it to other area. Seems like by tomorrow there will be just one little branch left :[
