I have read through a few threads on this and haven't come away with a clear answer.
We have an indoor arbutus tree. It's done well for two years, but has suddenly taken a bad turn. It coincided with a period where it probably didn't get the continuous watering it did previously. We've attempted a steady watering to no avail. The leaves are a dull green and are drying (see attached pics).
Any suggestions on how to improve the conditions for this tree?

    Thanks.

I should also add that we plan to transplant on the Sunshine Coast this year.

The bottom leaves are still healthy and not curled?

No, they're dry and curled too.
