In my neighbours' hanging basket

    My neighbours have this vine with this amazing flower, they don't know what it is so I came here to find out. Some sort of passion flower maybe? Thanks!

    Also have one, nice that it is evergreen. Is happy to climb a fence, or up a trelis or another plant. Survived the cold snap this past winter.
