I'm trying to identify these plants

Hi,
We just moved to this property in North Carolina, and there are a few plants we couldn't identify. I think the one might be mint, just not sure what type. The tree sure looks like a fruit tree, which kind is the question. : ) If anyone could help we would be very thankful

A peach tree.
