I'm not sure what plant this is

    Please identify this plant. I've been searching everywhere but I can't find what it is. I live in the Poconos in Pennsylvania. It's growing wild all over in my yard. I think it's lovely.

    Looks like Sedum sarmentosum.

    Looks like a Sedum, maybe S. sarmentosum, 'Stringy stonecrop'.
    I have mass quantities in my garden too, all from a start given me by a neighbor about 30 years ago.
