Identification: Ikea Plant, no name!!!

    Hello

    I recently bought a plant in Ikea and I do not know what it is. I have had terrible experience looking after plants So I would really like to know how to take car of this. I have not potted it yet. Thanks for your help. Tee

    Yep, Radermachera sinica. Are you sure you assembled it correctly, those IKEA pictogram instructions are often very rudimentary and confusing!

    Thats great thanks. I haven´t done anything to it yet. Wanted to read up on how I should take care of it... Plants just barely seem to survive with me :(

    yes, that's a chinadoll. lovely plant - i just recently got another one, myself.

    they need bright indirect lighting and keep the soil evenly moist. not super wet - just moist. you really don't want to let it dry completely (my mistake with the other one i had).

    altho they can get leggy, you can just pinch off new growth to keep it bushy.
