If this plant with violet flower that looks like orchid flower

    A guy from the plant center previously told my friend thst iy was a lavander. I tried looking for it on google but I wasn't able to find it. Then, another guy told me that it was a periwinkle.

    The underleaves veins are somewhat violet in color.
