If this is a willow, what type.

    This bush (pictured below) was sold to me as a Dappled Willow, but I am sure it is not. Its leaves look like a willow's, but it now has small yellow flowers. I would like to know what kind of bush it is so I know how to care for it and if it should stay where I planted it.

    The white spots on the leaves are drops of rain water.

    Well, I have no idea what it is, but it sure doesn't look like any willow I've ever seen. Good luck.

    To the orginal post I've added a close up picture of a clipping so the leaf pattern and flower can be seen better.

    It might be Hypericum densiflorum.

    Willow always have catkins, never bowl-shaped flowers like these. It's definitely a hypericum.
