identifying plant

    Hi,
    This plant has appeared in my daughter's garden in North Van. We couldn't tell what it was and it looked like "something" so we left it. It is about 10 feet tall with distintive leaves and incredible flowers. I am attaching two pictures.

    Looks like Solanum dulcamara, bittersweet nightshade.
