I HAVE TWO EXOTIC TREES THAT ARE PLANTED NEXT TO EACH OTHER IN MY YARD. I AM NEW TO THE YARD AND WILL BE TRYING TO ID MANY OTHER PLANTS OVER TIME. THESE PARTICULAR TWO TREES ARE DIFFERENT (I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE LEAVES OFF EACH TREE) AND SEEM TO COMPLEMENT EACH OTHER AS THEY GROW TOGETHER. I HOPE THE PICTURES ARE HELPFUL. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT OTHER INFO WILL BE NECESSARY TO AID IN IDing THESE TREES. MY YARD HAS SEVERAL OTHER SETS OF TREES PLANTED THIS WAY. IS IT SYMBOLIC?...

How about a picture of both of them growing in the yard - but full size, so we can get an idea of their outlines, etc. What about them makes you say they're exotic?
